VISA Issue – No one ready to sponsor my talent

I want to be a hardcore kernel / device driver professional and in pursuance of that, in my 6 years of career, I have always fought for good challenging work/projects in my organizations.

Organizations in India are not involved in much of R&D activities or development activities , specially related to kernel or device driver. The development, whatever happens, is only related to bug fixing or some modification.

Now I want to grow my horizon and dig deep into this kernel domain. I want to work on more challenging and complex project where my knowledge and experience will be put to test.

So, I decided lets move to new boundary and to a new territory. I started looking for job in U.S where most of the projects originate and core work is performed. Whereever I applied, I got a positive feedback, but with the response that “you should have Visa , we don’t sponsor it”.

I am a bit concerned at this situation. If this is the attitude how will I get chance. I can assure that I will prove to be a great asset to organization based on the knowledge that I possess but just want a chance.

In India I am not getting exposure to hardcore kernel and device driver work, that’s I am looking for U.S. But no one is coming forward for sponsoring Visa. If this is the scenario how will I lend my knowledge to more competent and challenging projects which are mostly done in U.S.

Sorry , but sharing my concern..
